M. Rute

M. Rute is a prominent NATO official known for advocating significant increases in the alliance's defense capabilities. Recently, during a speech at Chatham House in the UK, Rute called for a 400% boost in missile defense and air defense systems, as well as the production of thousands of armored vehicles and tanks. She emphasized the need for NATO allies to acquire at least 700 F-35 fighter jets and to raise defense spending to 5% of GDP, citing the urgent threat posed by Russia.
