Ma Lixin

Ma Lixin is the Director of the Shandong Provincial Health Commission and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Administration. He leads initiatives to enhance the accessibility and quality of elderly care services in Shandong, the first province in China to be designated as a national model for integrated medical and elderly care.
