Ma Phyu Ma

Ma Phyu Ma, a 37-year-old internally displaced Rohingya woman, shared her harrowing experience of losing everything during catastrophic flooding in Myanmar. Living in overcrowded camps since 2012, she articulated the profound impact of climate disasters on vulnerable populations, highlighting the plight of those who possess little to begin with and are disproportionately affected by the climate crisis.
