MacArthur Hilton

MacArthur Hilton is a former Deputy Managing Director of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation (LWSC) who has been vocal in criticizing the current Boakai administration for allegedly misrepresenting the origins of ongoing water infrastructure projects. Known as the Original Country Man (OCM), Hilton asserts that significant groundwork and funding for a modern water pipeline project were initiated during the previous George Weah administration, where he served. He emphasizes the importance of historical accuracy in attributing credit for infrastructure developments in Liberia.
