Maes Titian

Maes Titian was a notable figure from ancient Macedonia, recognized for leading a trade expedition from the Roman Empire along the Silk Road, reaching areas in present-day China. He is often cited as the first Macedonian to venture into the region, with historical accounts detailing his journey to a place referred to as 'Kamen Kula', which is believed to correspond to Tashkent in modern Xinjiang, China.
