Magdalene Prince

Magdalene Prince was recently in the news for her involvement in a legal case concerning $9,000 in rent arrears that accumulated from April to December 2020. During a court appearance, she acknowledged residing at the property and making current rent payments but offered only $150 towards the arrears, which was deemed insufficient by the magistrate. Ultimately, an agreement was reached where she would pay $300 a month to settle the debt.
