Mahamat Kher Salah

Mahamat Kher Salah is the president of the Comité de réflexion on the reform of the Société des Eaux (STE) in Chad, where he also serves as the inspector general of the Ministry of Water. He has been instrumental in proposing a structured and progressive reform aimed at transforming the STE into a state-owned enterprise fully owned by the government. His recent work includes the presentation of a comprehensive report that outlines a roadmap for the period 2026-2030, focusing on improving governance and the quality of public water services in Chad.
