Mahanama Thilakaratne

Mahanama Thilakaratne is a respected Sri Lankan lawyer and former chairman of the Faculty of Law at the University of Colombo. He has been in the news recently for his insights into the implications of presidential commissions and their authority in Sri Lanka, particularly in relation to investigations of past governmental actions.
