Mahfouz Ould Abou

Mahfouz Ould Abou is the governor of the eastern Hodh region in Mauritania. He plays a significant role in promoting youth empowerment and development initiatives within the region. Recently, he oversaw the National Conference for Youth Empowerment in Adjel Hoc, which aimed to enhance the participation of young people in economic and social life.
