Mahfuzur Rahman was recently in the news after being subjected to a public beating in the T&T Colony area of Mogbazar, where a group was reportedly demonstrating with weapons. Following an announcement from a local mosque calling for the capture of suspected terrorists, Rahman became a victim of mob justice.
