Mahmood Enayat

Mahmood Enayat is the general manager of Iran International, a prominent Persian-language news outlet known for its critical reporting on the Iranian government. Under his leadership, the channel has become the most-watched Persian-language TV station outside of Iran. Recently, Enayat has been vocal about the unprecedented threats faced by journalists associated with the outlet, including death threats and campaigns of intimidation orchestrated by the Iranian state, which he describes as an attempt to silence independent journalism.
