Mahmoud Ajour

Dr. Mahmoud Ajour is the CEO and Managing Director of Egypt Aluminum Company, which is part of the Holding Company for Metallurgical Industries under the Ministry of Public Sector Affairs. He has been instrumental in leading significant upgrades in production and export capabilities of the company, particularly through the modernization of old production cells and the introduction of new projects aimed at enhancing the factory's productivity. Under his leadership, the company has embarked on a green economy initiative by partnering with Norwegian company Scatec to establish a clean energy plant, which is expected to significantly boost aluminum exports to European markets.
