Mahmoud Al-Qatoui

Mahmoud Al-Qatoui was a prominent military figure in Libya, holding the position of Director of the Military Manufacturing Authority. He was integral to Libya's defense sector, contributing to the development and production of military equipment. His life was cut short in a tragic airplane accident that claimed the lives of several high-ranking military leaders.
