Mahmud Hikmatov, also known by his alias Macha.dxb, is a 26-year-old Uzbek blogger who has gained notoriety for his involvement in promoting illegal online casinos in Kazakhstan, such as SultanGames and others. He was placed on international wanted lists by the Kazakh Economic Investigation Department in March 2023 due to his role in a scheme that involved recruiting influencers to advertise these casinos. Besides his online activities, Hikmatov previously made headlines for selling advertising space on his body for a significant sum and has participated in pop-MMA fights, losing all three of his matches.
