Maikel Alexander Coello-Perozo is one of the suspects involved in the tragic hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of Air Force Academy cadet Ava Moore; he and another individual were allegedly operating jet skis illegally when they struck Moore and subsequently fled the scene.
