Maikel Austen
Maikel Austen is a Surinamese theater maker and the founder of Stichting Art Laboratorium (ArtLab.sr), which focuses on enhancing the quality of theater scripts in Suriname. He is currently leading the Nyun Sten 2.0 project, aimed at developing contemporary theater pieces that reflect Surinamese culture and the theme of 'Freedom'.
