Makaveli Tinker

Makaveli Tinker was a 28-year-old man who was shot and killed by an off-duty police officer in Kemp Road. He was known to the officer, contrary to initial police reports, and had a troubled past, including a conviction that was later overturned. Tinker had recently become a father and was focused on building a better life for his son, especially after witnessing the tragic murders of his mother and brother in 2022.
