Maksat Yelemesov

Maksat Yelemesov is the Deputy Chairman of the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. He has been involved in efforts to promote eco-friendly practices and improve regional cooperation in desertification control, particularly through sharing and implementing China's advanced techniques for sand control and afforestation.
