Malai Abdallah Bab

Malai Abdallah Bab is the Director General of the General Administration of Prisons and Rehabilitation in Mauritania. He is responsible for overseeing the welfare of individuals under judicial custody and implementing various educational and social programs aimed at reintegrating them into society. Recently, he accompanied the Minister of Justice, Mohamed Ould Soueidat, on a field visit to prisons, where they assessed the conditions of detainees and discussed the challenges faced by the prison system.
