Malvin Gabriel De León

Malvin Gabriel De León, alias Liro Strong, is a member of the Barrio 18 gang in Guatemala. He was recently in the news due to a massive escape of 20 gang members from a high-security prison, which highlighted issues of corruption within the Guatemalan penal system. De León was recaptured by the Guatemalan National Civil Police shortly after the escape, as authorities worked to address the security threats posed by the fugitives.
