Mane Šakić

Mane Šakić is a Serbian painter born in 1971 in Belgrade, the son of renowned actress Olivera Katarina and celebrated water polo player Miladin Šakić. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Belgrade and has built a successful international career, living and working in Spain and the United States. Known for his expressive use of color and a blend of abstract and symbolic elements, Šakić's artwork explores themes of identity, spirituality, and cultural heritage. He has exhibited widely across Europe and the United States, including in New York, and is recognized for organizing exhibitions in alternative spaces.
