Mangku Muriati

Mangku Muriati is a notable Hindu priestess and artist from Bali, recognized for her role in inscribing stories onto Kamasan scrolls, a traditional form of Balinese art. She is one of the few women in this field to gain recognition, and her mentorship of Citra Sasmita has significantly influenced the latter's feminist approach to Balinese artistic traditions.
