Manoel Oliveira Sales

Manoel Oliveira Sales is a professor and engineer, currently coordinating the technical course in Mechanics at Cefet Maracanã. He was just 10 years old during the catastrophic floods in Rio de Janeiro in January 1966 that left a significant impact on his life and community, as he continues to reside in the same building that suffered devastation during the disaster.
