Manouchehr Khan Zahedi

Manouchehr Khan Zahedi is known as the pioneer of selling Samanou, a traditional Persian sweet made from wheat sprouts, in the north of Tehran. He gained recognition for his unique approach of preparing and selling Samanou right outside the Imamzadeh Saleh shrine before the New Year celebrations.
