Manuel Almeida

Manuel Almeida is a contemporary Venezuelan historian and chronicler who played a key role in promoting the recognition of indigenous heritage in Los Teques. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Monumento a la Resistencia Indígena, which honors the legacy of indigenous leaders like Guaicaipuro and celebrates the cultural contributions of indigenous peoples in Venezuela.
