Manuel Antonio Barrios Cortez

Manuel Antonio Barrios Cortez, known by the alias 'El Negro', is a 35-year-old Colombian national who was recently captured while posing as a mototaxista in Bucaramanga. He had been living in the city for three years and was wanted for terrorism charges in Venezuela. Authorities discovered that Barrios was the main leader of the Tren de Aragua criminal organization in Peru and had connections to other notorious criminals, including the internationally sought Mamá Oso. His criminal activities in Bucaramanga included selective homicides and extortion since 2022.
