Manuel Berrío

Manuel Berrío is the Secretary of Security of Bolívar, Colombia. He is responsible for overseeing public safety and addressing security challenges in the region, particularly in areas affected by violence from illegal armed groups. Recently, he has been vocal about the humanitarian crisis in southern Bolívar, where over 5,000 people are confined and facing severe shortages of food and fuel due to blockades imposed by the ELN and Clan del Golfo.
