Manuel de Goyeneche

Manuel de Goyeneche was a Spanish military leader tasked by Viceroy José Abascal with quelling the revolutionary uprisings in Bolivia. His military campaigns were significant in the efforts to restore Spanish control amid the growing push for independence in the early 19th century.
