Manuel Felipe Layseca Ortigas

Manuel Felipe Layseca Ortigas has been appointed as the viceminister of Políticas y Supervisión del Desarrollo Agrario at Midagri, taking over from Jorge Luis Sáenz Rabanal. Previously, he served as the subgerente de Inclusión Financiera at the Banco de Desarrollo del Perú (Cofide) and coordinated projects at the Fondo de Promoción del Desarrollo Forestal (Fondebosques).
