Manuel Gaona

Manuel Gaona is the son of one of the magistrates murdered during the 1985 Palace of Justice siege in Colombia. Recently, he has been in the news for his public confrontation with President Gustavo Petro regarding the historical narrative surrounding the tragic events of that day, where he criticized Petro's comments and called for the need for truth and accountability for the victims of the massacre.
