Manuel Masías

Manuel Masías is a former mayor of Miraflores who is seeking to return to the position after a 16-year hiatus. Despite unsuccessful bids in four previous elections and an attempt to enter Congress, he has remained active in politics, serving as a parliamentary advisor for his current party, Alianza para el Progreso.
