Manuel O. Gallagher

Manuel O. Gallagher served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Peru and played a ceremonial role during the inauguration of the Lolo Fernández Stadium in 1952, where he presented the winner's trophy to the renowned player Lolo Fernández after a historic match between Universitario de Deportes and the U de Chile.
