Manuhuia Kupe

Manuhuia Kupe is a convicted offender who was sentenced for his involvement in a series of violent incidents, including the extreme assault of a teenage victim in Ngāruawāhia. Kupe's actions, which included using his vehicle to repeatedly run down the victim while laughing with his accomplice, were described by the judge as exhibiting extreme violence and callousness.
