Marc Leynaert

Marc Leynaert has recently been appointed as the new Director General of Sosucam, the leading sugar company in Cameroon, effective April 16, 2025. With nearly 30 years of experience in project management and irrigation engineering across various sectors including agro-industry, environment, and energy, Leynaert has held significant positions in organizations such as Geocoton and the AGA Khan network. He takes over Sosucam at a challenging time, following labor unrest and significant financial losses under his predecessor's leadership.
