Marcela Cantero

Marcela Cantero is a resident of Belén de Carrillo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. She was recently in the news for experiencing a severe travel delay due to a traffic jam caused by a collision involving two heavy vehicles on the route from San José to Tamarindo. Instead of the usual six-hour journey, she found herself trapped in traffic for 14 hours, arriving home the next morning after a frustrating trip.
