Marcela Moreno Buján

Marcela Moreno Buján is the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Costa Rica (UCR). Following recent flooding events that rendered the faculty's facilities unsafe for in-person classes, she announced that all courses for the remainder of the semester would transition to virtual learning. Her decision was influenced by concerns over the safety, health, and well-being of students and staff, as the flooding situation has severely impacted the faculty's operations.
