Marcello Patricola

Marcello Patricola, known as 'the boy from San Patrignano,' is a 51-year-old former child drug addict from Palermo who entered a rehabilitation community at the age of 13. His life story, marked by early struggles with addiction and crime, is chronicled in his self-published book, 'Io, il bambino di San Patrignano.' After years in and out of prison, he has now found a new path as a pastry chef and dreams of opening his own pastry shop.
