Marcelo Santos Martins

Marcelo Santos Martins, a 51-year-old street vendor, was tragically killed by a stray bullet while leaving his home to work. His family reported that he was on his way to deliver lunch to his wife, who also works as a street vendor, when he became caught in a violent confrontation in the Complexo do Chapadão area of Rio de Janeiro.
