Marcelo Soto Pavón

Marcelo Soto Pavón is a Paraguayan politician and member of the Asociación Nacional Republicana (ANR), serving as the governor of Caaguazú. He was recently in the news for participating in negotiations between cane growers and Petropar, where an agreement was reached to end a blockade on Route PY02 after prolonged protests by the farmers over issues related to the construction of a new milling train.
