Marco Ebben
Marco Ebben was a notorious Dutch drug smuggler, known for his involvement in large-scale cocaine trafficking operations into Europe. In 2020, he was sentenced to seven years in prison for smuggling approximately 400 kilograms of cocaine from Brazil to the Netherlands. Ebben was one of Europe's most wanted criminals, listed by Europol, and he attempted to evade capture by fabricating a story about his own death in 2024. However, he was ultimately shot and killed in Mexico on a Thursday, following a shootout in a parking garage in Atizapan de Zaragoza, just outside Mexico City.
