Marek Ďuran

Marek Ďuran is a lawyer from Nitra, Slovakia, who represented the plaintiffs in a legal dispute concerning land ownership at the Agrokomplex exhibition grounds. Recently, he was involved in a case that reached the Supreme Court of Slovakia, which ruled that the disputed three hectares of land, including several key facilities, do not belong to Agrokomplex but rather to the heirs of a previous owner who passed away in 1978.
