Margaret Scally, along with her husband Joe Scally, is a prominent hotelier known for owning the Hayfield Family Collection, which includes several luxury hotels in Ireland, such as the five-star Hayfield Manor Hotel in Cork. Recently, they made headlines by abandoning their plans to develop a hotel on the former St Mary’s Carmelite seminary site in Donnybrook, Dublin, opting instead to sell the property, which has a guide price of €12 million.
