Margareth Lizeth Chacón

Margareth Lizeth Chacón is a convicted individual involved in the assassination of Paraguayan prosecutor Marcelo Pecci. Recently, she and her co-conspirators were transferred from ordinary prisons to a military facility in Bogotá as part of a case linked to a narcotics trafficking organization. Chacón was expelled from El Salvador to face justice in Colombia and has been implicated in directing logistical efforts for the criminal operation that led to Pecci's murder. Despite her claims of ignorance regarding the criminal plans, she was sentenced to over 30 years in prison for her role in the crime.
