Margarita Feliz

Margarita Feliz is a long-time resident of the Cancino Adentro community in Santo Domingo Este, who has lived there for over 35 years. She has never received water from the Corporación del Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD) and is forced to purchase water daily, highlighting the ongoing struggles of her community in accessing basic resources.
