Margit Smudláné Fazekas, affectionately known as Gitka, is the founder and president of the Re-Formáló Egyesület, a civil organization dedicated to assisting socially disadvantaged individuals and families in Hungary, primarily through food distribution. A trained tax advisor and accountant by profession, she has been involved in charitable work for over sixteen years, including efforts during the red sludge disaster in Hungary. Under her leadership, the organization has established food donation boxes and has been distributing warm meals to those in need for four years. Margit is known for her empathy, discretion, and strong leadership qualities, fostering a respectful and orderly environment during food distributions.
