Margo Smit

Margo Smit is the president of the Organization of News Ombudsmen and Standard Editors (ONO) and serves as the ombud for Dutch public media. She has been an advocate for quality journalism and the protection of journalistic standards amidst increasing challenges such as misinformation and diminishing access to reliable information.
