Mari Blume

Mari Blume is a 19-year-old Guatemalan adoptee living in Prior Lake, Minnesota, who has been deeply affected by the heightened fears surrounding ICE enforcement. As she navigates her gap year after high school, Mari carries a photocopy of her US passport and information about an orphanage in Guatemala, reflecting her awareness of her unique identity and the racial profiling issues prevalent in society.
