Maria Celina Ferreira

Maria Celina Ferreira serves as the executive secretary of the Comité de Coordenação do Combate à Sida (CCS-Sida) in Cabo Verde. She attended the Africa Health Summit 2025, where her organization was awarded for its efforts in promoting health and disease prevention, particularly for vulnerable populations.
