Maria Dulce Caldas

Maria Dulce Caldas is a prominent Portuguese historian known for her contributions to historical research and historiography. Recently, she participated in a conference in Praia, Cabo Verde, titled 'O livro e a liberdade de expressão,' where she also launched her biography of Abílio Macedo, a significant figure in the history of São Filipe and Praia.
