Maria Mitkou

Maria Mitkou, a 31-year-old defender for PAOK, has proudly represented the national team since she was 16. As the most experienced player on the team, she has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of women's football in Greece. Maria combines her playing career with coaching a boys' U-12 team, challenging stereotypes and advocating for greater recognition and support for women's sports.
